Please complete this F3 form as soon as possible to validate your registration for the 29th edition of the Ovalies UniLaSalle, which will take place on 9, 10 and 11 May 2024 in Beauvais. For informations on the tournament and the latest news, follow us on Instagram : @recrutement_ovalies.

Registration as a player in the tournament includes participation in the tournament, access to the campsite, 3 meals and 2 snacks per day (Friday and Saturday), one drink in the bar per day (after 6pm), free access to the Thursday evening party and the 29th edition polo shirt at 10% off.

You have to send us an insurance with the name of the insurer in responsability, the liability insurance number, Rolicy number, the name of the insurer in individual accident, the individual insurance number and the accident number. Send us what you have for insurance and we will see if it's correct for what we ask.
